About Foursquare Creative

Hello!  My name is Darren Jansens. I hold a diploma in Engineering Design & Drafting Technology from Lethbridge College (2004).  I have been a building designer for over 18 years, with over 100 custom home designs in my portfolio.   

 

Being an ideas driven creator, I founded Foursquare Creative in Chilliwack, BC in June 2020 as a technologist based firm providing complete residential building design services in the Fraser Valley and beyond.  We leverage current technologies to complement our residential design expertise, giving you confidence in your new home project from design planning through construction. 

 

Residential concept development is our key strength, along with a detail oriented approach to the permit drawing process. Extensive building code knowledge and familiarity with zoning and land use bylaws ensure a smooth design process.  Designing homes and interacting with my clients gives me tremendous satisfaction and I look forward to working with you soon!
